Welcome to Yuvraj group of hotels. We are committed to providing our guests with a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to review our hotel policies to ensure a smooth stay.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

· Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
· Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Identification Requirement

· Valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, Voter ID) is required at the time of check-in for all Adults guests.
· Foreign guests must present a valid passport and visa.

3. Reservation Policy

· All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid advance payment.
· No reservation will be considered confirmed without an advance or a valid booking confirmation number.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

· Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
· Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a one-night retention charge.
· No-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.

5. Guest Conduct

· Guests are expected to behave respectfully and not cause disturbance to other guests or hotel staff.
· Loud music, parties, and unruly behavior are not permitted on the premises.
· The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund for violating conduct policies.

6. Visitors Policy

· Visitors are allowed in the Lobby or the restaurant.
· Visitors must register at the front desk and provide valid ID.
· Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval and registration.

7. Smoking Policy

· Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas including guest rooms.
· Designated smoking areas are available in the property.

8. Alcohol & Drug Policy

· Consumption of alcohol is permitted in guest rooms for guests above the legal drinking age.
· Use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the authorities.

9. Damage to Property

· Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
· Charges will be applied for any loss or damage to furniture, linens, electronics, or other assets.
· For any bedding damages and stains there will be charges collected based on the severity of the damage (Lenin, duvet, pillow cover, Etc…)

10. Lost & Found

· The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
· Found items will be kept for 30 days. After that, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed property.

11. Pets Policy

· Pets are not allowed, unless specified under a special agreement or prior approval.

12. Liability

· The hotel will not be held liable for accidents, injury, or loss of personal belongings.
· Guests are advised to use the in-room safe and secure valuables.

13. Force Majeure

· The hotel shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
